Price Beat Guarantee

At Smoke Monkey we are constantly trying to improve our service to our customers. As such we are committed to offering a price beat guarantee on all of our products. This means that if you find an identically stocked item on a competitor’s website then we will not only match the price, but beat it. All you need to do is email us at admin@smokemonkeys.com.au providing adequate information on the item. Please provide us with a link to the competitor’s website showing the item in question. Once we have this information we will investigate this to confirm the lower price and the availability of that item. Once this process is complete we will then create a personalised offer for you at a lower price.

Terms & Conditions:

• The item must be identical to one that is sold by us and in stock at the competitor’s store.
• You must provide evidence of the cheaper item on a competitor’s page.
• The item must be sold on an Australian website and priced in AUD.

Exclusions:

• Stock liquidations.

• Pricing errors.

• Products sold or shipped by third party sellers on eBay, marketplace or classified websites.

• Second hand or display products.

• Offers that are not available for the general public.

• Products sold by unauthorised distributors or delivered directly from overseas.

• Offers that include cash back, bulk purchase or quantity limits.

Products with pricing set significantly lower than regular retail prices or market value.

The price beat guarantee cannot be applied retrospectively to a purchase already made. Smoke Monkey reserves the right to limit the number of items purchased with the price beat guarantee.
